The agreement
These terms apply to blurre.net and to every order placed on it. The store is operated by a limited liability company registered in the United States. By buying from us or using the site you accept these terms, so please read them before you order.
The products
Blurre sells cosmetic powder intended for external use on the face, as described on the packaging and on the product page. It is a cosmetic rather than a medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to treat any condition. Patch test before first use if your skin is sensitive, stop using the product if irritation appears, and check the ingredient list if you have a known allergy. Keep the product away from children and away from the eye area unless the packaging says otherwise.
Claims and results
Descriptions on this site, including any comparison images, describe results that customers commonly report. Skin type, climate, and the rest of your routine all affect what you will see, so your own result may differ from the examples shown. Reviews and customer photos are the opinion of the person who wrote or supplied them.
Pricing and orders
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. We try to keep prices and stock levels accurate, although errors do happen, so we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that carries an obvious pricing mistake, that we suspect is fraudulent, or that we cannot fulfill. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full and we tell you why. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and the contract forms when we send you a shipping confirmation.
Shipping and risk
Delivery timing, costs, and the way we handle lost parcels are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us.
The guarantee and refunds
The 60-day money-back guarantee described in our refund policy is part of these terms and is offered in addition to the rights you already have under consumer law. Nothing here reduces those rights.
Your account and your conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your password private. You agree not to use the store to break the law, not to resell our products as your own brand without a written agreement, and not to interfere with the technical operation of the site.
Intellectual property
The Blurre name, logo, product photography, and site copy belong to us, and you may not copy or use them commercially without written permission. If you post a photo, video, or review that mentions Blurre in public, you give us permission to reuse it in our own marketing with credit, and you can withdraw that permission by emailing us.
Marketing messages
We send order and delivery emails to every customer because they are necessary to complete your purchase. Marketing email and text messages go only to people who opt in, message frequency varies, standard message and data rates may apply, and you can stop them at any time through the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. If something goes wrong, please email us first, because almost every problem is settled faster that way than through a formal process. Any dispute that we cannot resolve between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
